The agri-food world has been our passion for decades, and over time this has turned into a true infatuation, continually driving us to seek the best products. For this reason, it took years of listening and conversing with consumers, which served and continue to enhance our curiosity to always discover new or simply improved products, whether they are cultivated, bred, or processed.
Years spent working for large retail chains, starting very young and growing within them, where every day the comparison was with the most severe but undisputed judge, "The Customer." The one who, if satisfied, said nothing and returned, or, if you made a mistake and were lucky, criticized you. Yes, lucky if criticized, because it meant they wanted you to improve what you were doing, what you were selling to them, and what you had previously purchased. Therefore, that criticism made you understand that they wanted to return and that you needed to commit to improving (and growing professionally).
Years of on-field purchases, talking to people who, before selling you a product, would tell you its entire story, people with an immense mastery and knowledge of their activity that they tried to pass on to subsequent generations. People who, if you asked questions to satisfy your hunger for knowledge, would open up like a book, answering every question, explaining in detail how a product was raised, cultivated, or processed.
This thirst for knowledge is still present in us and constantly accompanies us whenever we are in search of a product that we plan to offer or that is requested of us, always looking where we find people who still today are capable of making a difference.
Our main activity is: providing consultancy to companies that want to make their "Food" world products known beyond their own borders.
